Faction Bike Studio is looking for an R&D engineer to join its product development team. Do you have ideas and expertise that you would like to share? Great! We’d like to benefit from your know-how while we help you improve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design components, assemblies, tools, and molds, from concept to production.
• Perform digital simulations.
• Study and select suitable materials to enhance design.
• Manage and operate the test laboratory.
• Clarify technical details with the client and suppliers.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks surface/solid modeling and technical drawings software.
• Good knowledge of technical issues, materials (aluminum, composites), and manufacturing processes used in the bicycle industry.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of bicycle parts and assembly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Sense of observation, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Good documentation skills.
• Bike enthusiast is an asset.
• Bike mechanical skills.
• Independent, meticulous, and responsible.
